Ian eats, sleeps and breathes estate agency and is driven to provide his clients with an outstanding service, regularly dealing with matters in the evenings and at weekends. With 17 years’ experience in the industry and having completed an advanced negotiation course, Ian oversees all the initial client sales meetings, property staging and marketing. Ian will also handle all of the offers and negotiations, plus any issues arising from surveys and any serious problems once a sale has been agreed.
A former Solicitor, Alex has an incredible eye for detail and keeps her husband Ian on his toes throughout the week 🙂
Alex is responsible for all compliance, preparation of the wording for all properties online, diary management, all templates, precedents and processes, managing Ian’s diary and the issuing of paperwork when a sale is agreed, before it is passed to our dedicated Sales Progressor.
Aidan has a background in the hospitality industry so brings his great passion for customer service to Storeys. Aidan handles diary management and client communication, ensuring everyone is responded to in a quick and timely manner. Having been trained by Ian, Aidan also handles some of our block viewing days and plans our marketing days including property staging and liaising with our photographer and videographer. He is also responsible for handling our social media content.
Alison is solely dedicated to this vital area of our business (managing the sale to completion). Alison’s job is to manage the whole chain including speaking to all agents, surveyors and solicitors to ensure documents are being sent and received and that progression is being made on a weekly basis. Alison regularly goes above and beyond (sometimes doing other agent’s jobs for them) in order to keep sales on track for our clients.
Steve has 5 years’ local experience in property viewings and with many years of business experience before him, he is a great individual for us to trust this important role to. Although Steve is prepped with basic viewing questions (such as how old is the boiler, is the loft boarded and why our Sellers are moving), Steve always ensures that he hands out Ian’s business card to all viewers so they can call Ian to ask any detailed questions or to submit an offer.
