How long have you been with Storeys and how has your role evolved in that time?

I have been with Storeys for 6 Months now but it feels like I’ve been part of the team forever! Having only been here for a short period of time I feel like I have had a really good insight into so many roles and learnt so much so quickly. I feel like my role has evolved massively and I’m now known as the ‘Office Rock’. I think it was only a few weeks into my role and I was helping Ian at a pre-style for a shoot at one of our spectacular homes, this was completely new to me but I just threw myself in and loved every minute!

What does your typical day look like?

My typical day will start at 8:30 – first port of call will be to do any holding messages for the properties that have had viewings and need their feedback. I will then contact all viewers for their feedback and then relay this to sellers. Keeping tabs on the Inbox to see what enquiries have come in and answering them and then of course being on the phones and taking all incoming calls. Some days vary and I may be heading to completions on properties, and in between all this popping out to view all our amazing properties!

What’s your favourite thing about working with Storeys?

My favourite thing about working for Storeys is the team. From day one I felt part of the team and so welcome, even now there is always somebody on hand to help when you need it. Everyone is so good at what they do – and the best part is we know how to have a laugh, we all put a smile on each other’s face!

Why do you think Storeys stand out above the rest?

I believe Storeys stand out above the rest because of how hard we work and care for each individual client and property. We are always communicating and keeping clients up to date on the sale of their homes, especially with all the feedback we give. We go the extra mile with marketing, as you may of seen we take such pride in presenting these fantastic homes and have exceptionally talented people behind it all! So much goes into the process that people may not be aware of, but the time and effort put in by everyone behind the scenes is remarkable.

What is your biggest challenge in your role?

The biggest challenge in my role I would say is that there isn’t enough hours in the day – lol. In all seriousness sometimes a day can be filled with several different tasks and learning how to juggle each one can be a task in itself!  Lists are my favourite thing ever – I’m never without one.

What do you love about Cheshire? Do you have any favourite go-to spots?

The thing I love about cheshire is that you can walk your dog and then stop for a champers on the way. What’s better than having a nice country walk and then stopping for fizz and brunch? My favourite place to visit is Chester – I love that you have a touch of small city life in rural settings. We often take my dog Elvis for a walk down the river, have some lunch and do a spot of shopping. I am a bit of a shopaholic so it’s perfect for me. If you are local to Davenham – Devenhams CW9 coffee shop is also my go-to!
